Nanny Required – Full Time (Live-In or Live-Out) – Near Banbury (Hornton)

A warm and welcoming family based near Banbury (Hornton) are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nanny to support them during an important and challenging time.
The family has two young boys aged 5 and 2 years, and their mother has recently been diagnosed with cancer. As she begins at least a year of treatment, the family is looking for a nurturing and reliable nanny who can provide consistent care and be a steady, supportive presence in the household.This role is more than a standard nanny position. The family is looking for someone who can be a true “rock” — offering stability, kindness, and practical support throughout the mother’s treatment journey.

Role Details
Position: Full-time Nanny (Live-in or Live-out)
Location: Near Banbury (Hornton)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some flexibility offered for the right person
Commitment: Minimum 12 months, ideally more to offer consistent care for these two young boys.

Accommodation (Live-In Option)
A private, self-contained space on a separate floor of the family home, including:
Bedroom
Ensuite bathroom
Living area with sofa and TV etc

Key Responsibilities
Providing attentive and loving care for two young children
Supporting daily routines (school/nursery runs, meals, bedtime)
Planning age-appropriate activities and play
Assisting with light child-related household duties ( cleaner employed)
Offering general support to the family as needed

Someone who can become a trusted and valued part of the family

You must have a clean up to date DBS and first aid check (or willing to attend course) relevant experience in a nanny role with similar age children, excellent references, non smoker and be a driver.
