A client of ours in London is looking to recruit a Transaction Services Analytics Manager, which is a core pillar of the firm's Corporate Finance platform, working closely alongside M&A and Debt Advisory teams. With a strong and growing transaction pipeline, this role offers early responsibility, significant deal exposure, and direct interaction with senior leadership who remain hands-on with every transaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious analytics specialist to play a key role in shaping how data, analytics and AI are embedded into transaction services delivery.

What you will be doing as a Transaction Services Analytics Manager

• You will sit at the heart of the due diligence process, transforming complex datasets into insights that directly inform investment and strategic decisions.
• Help shape and deliver the team's analytics and AI strategy, improving the speed, depth and quality of analysis.
• Design, develop and refine analytical models and best practice across Transaction Services.
• Take responsibility for analytics workstreams on live due diligence engagements.
• Manage end-to-end data processes, including data extraction from client ERP/CRM systems, data cleansing, validation and structuring.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• You will work across a wide range of transactions and sectors, including Buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, pre-investment and pre-acquisition reviews, vendor assist assignments, pre-lending reviews, reporting accountant roles on IPOs
• You'll collaborate closely with Transaction Services teams, Partners and Directors, as well as an in-house analytics and digital transformation function.

What you will need to succeed as a Transaction Services Analytics Manager

• Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills using programming languages.
• Expert-level capability in data visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Strong grounding in accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to link data insights to commercial and advisory conclusions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven experience leading assignments and managing teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Previous experience in Transaction Services or supporting TS teams (typically 3-4+ years).
• ACA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
