Software Engineer

CCP are seeking a Senior Games Designer to join the EVE: Vanguard team in their London office, United Kingdom.You will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and refining engaging game systems in Unreal Engine, and bringing fast-paced, immersive combat experiences to life.If you have a passion for crafting high-impact shooter gameplay, come and to join our design team and make your mark on the battlefield.ResponsibilitiesPitch, design, and prototype game systems and mechanics.Implement approved designs using Unreal Engine.Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including feature specifications and implementation guidelines.Develop handling, weapon gameplay, and combat mechanics, including balancing and data creation.Collaborate with artists, programmers, and other designers to integrate systems seamlessly into gameplay.Maintain balance between multiple gameplay systems to ensure a cohesive and engaging player experience.Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and actively
