Assistant Store Manager
This travel retailer, specialising in products across luxury, beauty and confectionary has a global presence and is a known industry leader. Their values are centered around excellent customer service, employee welfare and innovation. They’re passionate about people development and have a proven track record of promoting people from within. As an assistant manager, you will be tasked with driving sales and service through your team in Heathrow Airport. Their service standards are likened to some of the biggest luxury retailers which is what cements them as an industry leader. Ideally, you will be someone who has an extensive retail management background with a strong emphasis on leading by example and delivering excellent customer service. The working environment is fast paced so this role will suit someone who enjoys that environment. The role is paying up to £36,000 with a 12% performance-related bonus. There is a benefits package included. Furthermore, you’re only required to work two weekends per month. As mentioned, the retailer is a people-centric company so there are plenty of opportunities to develop and grow.
