Social Media Work Placement
Victoria Beckham seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support the brand’s global social channels. Working closely with the Global Head of Social & Editorial and the Social Media Executive, the successful applicant will assist with content creation, scheduling, community management, and asset organisation.
This role is ideal for someone with strong visual sensibility, basic design/editing skills, and a genuine interest in luxury fashion and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Assist in preparing assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Support with light design tasks and edits (simple layouts, resizing, basic retouching and video editing)
- Help with image research for storyboards/ moodboards and creative decks
- Scheduling & Publishing
- Support with uploading and scheduling posts via Dash Hudson
- Ensure captions follow brand guidelines and tags are correct
- Help maintain the day-to-day content calendar
Asset Organisation:
- Organise, label, and archive all social assets using internal systems
- Maintain clear folders and ensure files are accessible to the wider team
- Support the Social Media Executive in keeping seasonal assets updated and easy to retrieve
Monitoring & Community:
- Assist with community management across VB channels
- Track UGC, trends, and relevant conversations
- Flag real-time moments or opportunities for the brand
On-Set & Event Support
- Support the Social team during shoots, showroom moments, and events
- Capture light BTS content where needed
Requirements:
- A univeristy student
- Strong interest in luxury fashion social media
- Basic design or editing skills, e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut or similar
- Excellent organisation and file-management skills
- Strong eye for detail
- Familiarity with social platforms and current trends
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Culturally aware and visually sensitive
