Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Plumbing (Permanent)
Location: London – Mobile
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hours per week: 40 hours
Rate: £21.50PH
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Plumbing Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout London.
Duties
Carry out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance.
Fault-find and repair commercial hot and cold water systems.
Maintain pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, expansion vessels and TMVs.
Carry out water hygiene duties, including temperature checks and flushing.
Complete minor plumbing installations and remedial works.
Complete job reports and update works using CAFM systems.
Work safely in accordance with RAMS and Permit to Work procedures.
Participate in an emergency call-out rota when required.
Requirements
City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent Plumbing qualification.
Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
Minimum 3 years’ commercial building services maintenance experience.
Strong commercial plumbing and fault-finding experience.
Experience with pumps, booster sets and pressurisation units.
Water Hygiene / Legionella awareness.
Experience using CAFM or mobile workforce systems.
Good customer-facing and communication skills.
Desirable: TMV certification, IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height and L8 training.
