Production Operative
Production Operative - Hounslow
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company specializing in premium catering services for airlines and events in Hounslow. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meals, following recipes, and maintaining high food hygiene standards within a dynamic team environment.
Shift Patterns
- Any 5 days out of 7, on a rotational rota.
- Rotating shifts: 06:00–14:30, 14:00–22:30, and 22:00–06:30.
- Flexibility to work both shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
Pay Rates
- 12.71 GBP hourly
Essential Requirements for Production Operative
- You must provide a full 5-year work, education, and address history.
- A Police Clearance Certificate is required if you have lived outside the UK for more than 6 months.
Skills and Requirements for Production Operative
- Ability to perform regular manual handling and heavy lifting of up to 25 kg.
- Strong team player who is adaptable and flexible in a physically demanding, on-your-feet environment.
Role for Production Operative
- Prepare meals according to specific recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse and production line duties.
- Ensure efficient workflow and teamwork to meet production targets.
