Recruit UK are working with a financial planning firm in Barnet, Hertfordshire who are looking for a new senior paraplanner to join their team.

This company have had the confidence to challenge conventional practice methods and do things differently. They offer transparency to clients, support and continually help develop their staff professionally.

This multifaceted role will involve collaborating closely with financial planners, creating cashflow forecasts, writing suitability reports and conducting research.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paraplanner to join an alternative thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Need experience in pensions, ISA, Investment bonds UK and international, EIS, VCT, Business relief, protection including WOL, excess income plans and trust planning/gifting.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on financial products and strategies
• Prepare detailed reports, including cash flow forecasts and recommendations
• Assist in the development of financial plans tailored to individual client needs
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant
• Support advisers in client meetings (if required) and manage follow-up actions

Skills and experience required:

• 4 years experience as a paraplanner
• Level 4 Diploma Qualified
• Exposure to different software’s, systems and technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
