Role Purpose
The role will report to our Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for marketing support to our Patria Global Private Market Solutions (GPMS) as well as for UK and European regional marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UK and European Regional Marketing
- Develop the 360 communications plan for the region, covering public relations, digital presence (website, social media, paid campaigns) and events (proprietary and sponsorships).
- Implement the marketing strategy for the region and coordinate providers.
- Monitor the results of the marketing activity and recommend adjustments to our approach as necessary.
- Lead on marketing activity for the Global Private Market Solutions.
- Preparation for and management of events including the AGM
- Liaising with the investment team to produce content for public distribution
- Liaising with key stakeholders to manage the net promoter score survey and act on insights generated.
- External third-party management.
- Inputting focused on improving client reporting and marketing fundraising materials
- Promote LinkedIn initiatives leveraging the UK team’s profiles and presence
- Act as marketing lead for our retail UK listed trust, including campaigns, the website, board packs, PR, events and investor documents.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the financial services industry is essential, private markets experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in marketing communication strategy for B2B.
- Demonstrable experience is digital marketing and CRM.
- Strong work ethic - used to working ‘against the clock.’
- Strong relationship management - able to coordinate and influence multiple stakeholders and agendas.
- Communication skills – able to communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation.
- Highly organised - able to prioritise effectively.
- Teamwork – able to work effectively as a member of the global Marketing team and with colleagues across different asset classes and functions to ensure seamless delivery.
