Description
- Assist solicitors in preparing and managing property litigation cases.
- Draft documents, correspondence, and case summaries.
- Conduct research to support case preparation and decision-making.
- Communicate with clients, third parties, and court officials regarding case updates.
- Ensure that case files are maintained and organised accurately.
- Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with procedures and protocols.
- Provide administrative support to the property department as needed
Profile
A successful Property Litigation Paralegal should have:
- A degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.
- Previous experience or exposure to property litigation work is advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of the civil procedure rules.
- Full understanding of the SRA code of conduct and SRA Accounts rules.
- Competency in using legal research tools and case management systems.
- Thrives in a fast paced working environment.
