As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support teaching and learning across a range of subjects, working with students of varying abilities. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates looking to develop their classroom experience and build confidence in a school setting.

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum

• Work one-to-one or in small groups with students who need extra support

• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

• Assist with planning and preparing resources under the guidance of teaching staff

• Provide pastoral and academic support to students where needed

• A recent graduate (any subject welcomed)

• A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude

• The desire to gain experience in a secondary school before pursuing further training
