Position Title : CRM & Lifecycle Manager, International

Location: London, UK - Hybrid Working (in-office hours required at least 2-3 times per month)

About the role

The CRM & Lifecycle Manager will own and evolve LTK’s CRM and lifecycle marketing across Creator, consumer and brand audiences in international markets.

You will turn audience and behavioural data into relevant, timely and measurable communications that drive growth, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation and conversion. The role combines CRM strategy, hands-on campaign and platform management, experimentation, reporting, data governance and cross-functional delivery.

Working closely with US CRM, RevOps, Analytics, Creator Success, Creative, Brand, Partnerships and local market teams, you will connect global CRM strategy to international market needs and continuously improve how communications are planned, delivered and measured in a personalised way.

How you will make an impact

• Own the international CRM strategy across Creator, consumer and brand audiences, with clear priorities for onboarding, growth, retention, reactivation and nurture.
• Build, manage and optimise lifecycle journeys and campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging and WhatsApp.
• Use behavioural data to create meaningful segments, personalise communications and improve audience engagement across markets and lifecycle stages.
• Manage the CRM calendar and coordinate delivery from brief and audience definition through build, QA, launch, reporting and post-campaign learning.
• Leverage AI thoughtfully and responsibly to improve CRM efficiency, accelerate insight and execution, and deliver more relevant communications and measurable growth outcomes.
• Lead high-quality day-to-day use of Braze, WhatsApp and HubSpot across campaign builds, journeys, reporting and optimisation.
• Create a clear experimentation roadmap across content, segmentation, timing, journeys and channels; turn learning into repeatable improvements and playbooks.
• Maintain strong standards for data hygiene, tagging, QA, documentation, consent, deliverability, GDPR and overall compliance across all markets.
• Provide concise, decision-ready regular reporting that makes performance, insight, impact, risks and next steps clear.
• Lead cross-functional CRM projects, anticipate dependencies and bring practical recommendations from diagnosis through delivery and measurement.

What you will bring to LTK

• 5–7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation, ideally in growth ecommerce, DTC, retail, marketplace or consumer technology.
• Hands-on experience across email, push, in-app messaging and WhatsApp; SMS experience is useful.
• Strong practical experience with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform; HubSpot and AI experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with behavioural segmentation, personalised journeys, triggered campaigns, brand communications and lifecycle programmes.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, reporting, data hygiene, QA and consent / privacy requirements.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations, prioritised actions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional work across teams, markets or stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex topics concise and relevant to different audiences.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
