The Secure Redact platform blends world-class automation with powerful user application tools that provide flexibility and control to complete even the most complex tasks to a very high level of accuracy and efficiency. It can be accessed directly online for self-serve users through , or through automated APIs and a range of integration partners.

Pimloc is currently working across diverse sectors, including: Public Safety, Transport, Healthcare, Retail, Education and many others. These sectors are relying on Pimloc's services to deal with data protection compliance, and to maintain trust in their operations with the public, customers and employees.

The market opportunity is vast and growing, with an exciting product roadmap and expansion plan in place. Pimloc has backing from Tier One investors and leading advisors, and is now looking to expand core areas of the team.

The Role

Pimloc is recruiting for a driven, US-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team and help fuel our growth in a rapidly evolving market .

As a Sales Development Representative at Pimloc, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative privacy solutions to enterprises worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in target industries, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and market research.
  • Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through emails, calls, and social channels to engage decision-makers. Schedule discovery meetings, deliver product demonstrations, create proposals, and close deals .
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and fit with Pimloc’s solutions .
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM, Salesforce .
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns, and work with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of enterprise leads .
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, legislation, competitor offerings, and customers’ needs to tailor outreach strategies effectively.

Ideal Candidate would have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology .
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging prospects in meaningful conversations.
  • Ability to deliver custom product demonstrations based on customer challenges.
  • Strong proposal creation and sales closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Knowledge of data privacy, AI, or cybersecurity industries.
    • Experience working in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
