Construction Associate (Senior or Managing)
We are seeking experienced and motivated Construction Lawyers to join our thriving clean energy team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile renewable energy projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
- Lead or support on a wide range of clean energy transactions and project developments.
- Draft and negotiate construction-related documents, including bespoke contracts and standard forms such as FIDIC and MF/1.
- Advise on:
- BESS/Solar Supply Agreements and EPC contracts
- O&M and LTSA agreements
- Component warranties
- Project acquisitions and disposals
- Collaborate with sector-leading partners across Bristol, Leeds, and London.
- Engage with a high-profile client base, including world-renowned battery manufacturers and integrators operating across the UK and Europe.
