This role reports to the Group Director, Client Services or Senior Account Director, Client Services.

Overview of the job

As Account Director, Client Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to a consistently high standard.

This role is responsible for leading client-facing teams, managing operational workflows, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully across timelines, budgets, and scopes.

You will work closely with Senior Account Directors, Brand Partnerships teams, and wider cross-functional departments to support client retention, identify growth opportunities, and deliver best-in-class creator marketing solutions.

This role requires a highly organised and proactive operational leader who can manage multiple priorities, support team performance, and maintain exceptional delivery standards within a fast-paced environment.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of client accounts and campaigns across the business.

  • Manage client-facing teams, ensuring projects are delivered to a consistently high standard across timelines, quality, budgets, and operational execution.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, strong organisation, and effective account management.

  • Support strong client retention through exceptional service, delivery quality, and operational management.

  • Work collaboratively with Brand Partnerships teams to contribute to commercial planning, identify growth opportunities, and support the successful scoping and delivery of new business opportunities.

  • Support pitches and growth opportunities through operational input, delivery planning, workflow guidance, and feasibility recommendations.

  • Manage scopes, budgets, timelines, resourcing, and workflow coordination across accounts and projects.

  • Support operational efficiency and profitability through effective planning, organisation, and workflow management.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, delivery approaches, and operational workflows across your accounts and teams.

  • Support the management, development, and mentorship of wider client-facing team members.

  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Measurement, Paid Media, Product, Creative, and Operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

  • Support escalation management across client, delivery, or operational challenges where required.

What you will need:

  • Strong experience within client services, influencer marketing, media, advertising, social, or integrated agency environments.

  • Experience managing client accounts, operational workflows, and client-facing teams within fast-paced businesses.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and operational management capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing delivery, campaign execution, creator workflows, and integrated campaign management.

  • Experience managing budgets, scopes, timelines, and resource planning.

  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Commercially aware mindset with experience supporting account growth and retention opportunities.

  • Collaborative and proactive approach to team leadership and cross-functional working.
