Hospitality Manager
Salary: £40,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Manager to join our team at one of our RA contracts in London. Restaurant Associates, founded in New York 59 years ago, is dedicated to providing high-quality employee dining and hospitality in some of the UK’s premier workplaces. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across various units, managing events, and maximising your team\\\'s potential. You\\\'ll take pride in training, supporting, and leading your team to achieve first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager with daily operations and act as a deputy in their absence.
Oversee on-site services, including hospitality, catering, and cleaning.
Maintain regular communication with clients as agreed.
Develop action plans based on client satisfaction surveys.
Promote the unit and represent Compass with pride.
Ensure all client hospitality meets the highest standards and seek opportunities to upsell.
Analyse and manage gross profit while maintaining accurate cost and sales records.
Communicate customer requirements to all departments for effective planning.
Adjust labour schedules in line with sales forecasts.
Monitor and manage in-unit costs effectively.
Ensure budgets are understood and adhered to, managing costs within budgetary constraints.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Management experience in hospitality.
Proven track record in hospitality and events management.
Passion for food and customer service, with strong financial and commercial acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
A proactive, \\\'can-do\\\' attitude.
Keen eye for detail.
Strong leadership capabilities.
