As an SAP Delivery Associate Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of SAP transformation programmes. Working closely with senior delivery leaders, solution architects, and client stakeholders, you will help manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery outcomes meet client expectations.
You will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues and clients across onshore and offshore locations. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage priorities, and drive delivery excellence will contribute to successful project outcomes and long-term client value.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of SAP projects and programmes across all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Manage project workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies are effectively tracked and controlled.
- Coordinate activities across client teams, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Assist with project planning, resource management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Monitor project performance and contribute to achieving delivery, quality, and commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, helping to manage expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and steering committee preparation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and asset development within the SAP practice.
- Support business development activities, proposal development, and client growth opportunities where appropriate.
Skills and Experience
- Experience supporting the delivery of SAP implementation or transformation programmes.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Experience managing project plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working within multi-vendor, global, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a consulting environment is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Experience
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Exposure to delivery workstreams such as Data Migration, Cutover Management, Test Management, Mobilisation, or PMO.
- Experience coordinating with solution architects and functional leads to support scope and change management.
- Experience working on international projects or within multicultural teams.
