This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on pupils’ academic achievement and personal development.
Our school is a welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking community where pupils are motivated, curious, and supported to achieve their best. We value creativity, collaboration, and high expectations, and we encourage teachers to develop professionally while making a real difference in pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
Why join us:
- Be part of a supportive and collaborative year group and teaching team

- Passion for promoting learning beyond the classroom through enrichment activities and projects
Key responsibilities:
- Teach a Year 6 class full-time, preparing pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments while fostering independence and a love of learning
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND
- Track pupil progress effectively and use assessment to inform planning and next steps in learning
- Support and contribute to whole-school initiatives and year group planning
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing, confidence, and resilience
- Engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships supporting pupils’ learning and development
What we offer:
- A supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking leadership team
- Opportunities for continuous professional development and career progression
- Motivated pupils in a positive, inspiring learning environment
- A permanent position with the chance to make a real difference in pupils’ lives
