Delivery Coordinator

Tecknuovo
London

The Delivery Coordinator exists to support delivery excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction across Tecknuovo’s client engagements. Reporting into the Head of Delivery, the role sits within the Delivery Hub and works closely with Engagement and Delivery teams to ensure information, documentation, and reporting are accurate, current, and reliable. The role is critical to the smooth running of the business, enabling teams to focus on delivering successful outcomes for clients while maintaining strong operational standards. Through close collaboration across hubs, the Delivery Coordinator helps ensure client expectations are met consistently and that delivery activity is well-governed and transparent.

Key responsibilities

  • Support delivery teams on active engagements to help ensure projects run smoothly and client outcomes are achieved.

  • Contribute to the preparation and upkeep of statements of work and change requests, ensuring commercial and delivery details are accurately captured.

  • Assist in producing monthly commercial reports for clients, bringing together data and insights in a clear and timely way.

  • Maintain client documentation in line with ISO standards, ensuring information is well-organised, controlled, and up to date.

  • Provide hands-on support to delivery and engagement activity, including preparing for governance calls and helping to manage and resolve risks and issues.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across a diverse, cross-industry client portfolio, keeping customer outcomes at the centre of decision-making and prioritisation.

Who you are and how you’ll make an impact

You are comfortable operating in a varied, fast-moving role where no two days look the same, and you bring a high level of attention to detail to everything you do. Your experience has prepared you to juggle multiple priorities, analyse information, and keep on top of changing demands without losing sight of quality or deadlines. You communicate clearly and confidently, building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through a proactive, collaborative approach. As a self-starter who enjoys learning, you take initiative, organise your work effectively, and use standard productivity tools to keep information accurate and accessible. Your ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage detail enables delivery teams to operate efficiently and deliver consistently for clients.

A day in the life

No two days are exactly the same as a Delivery Coordinator. You might start the morning with delivery teams and consultants to understand project priorities, track progress, and identify any emerging risks or issues. From there, your day could include updating client documentation, supporting financial and commercial reporting, contributing to statements of work, or helping navigate compliance and legal requirements. Because DCs sit at the heart of an engagement, they often wear multiple hats, acting as a bridge between consultants, customers, and internal teams. You may also prepare materials for governance meetings, coordinate inputs from across the business, and help keep engagements running smoothly.

Throughout it all, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Delivery, Engagement, and other hubs, solving problems, enabling consultants, and helping drive successful customer outcomes.
