Senior Product Manager, Account Information Services

We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Product Manager, Account Information Services.
You’ll shape the long-term vision and strategy of the Account Information Services (AIS) platform and drive Account Solutions change initiatives globally. You’ll have an opportunity to manage resources directly and indirectly, work in a dynamic and diverse team, closely aligned to the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Business growth initiatives and Technology pods.

In this role you’ll:
- Define product vision and principles, set direction, strategy and drive innovation of the AIS platform
- Define and propose OKRs, create quarterly/annual roadmaps, plan capacity and funding, run planning workshop and review and adjust with leadership team
- Run executive reviews and forums, lead roadmap discussions and manage expectations
- Resolve conflicts, own governance and drive investment approvals
- Participate in building commercialization activities with the wider product team
- Work with technology leadership to align business strategy and outcomes
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven track record of product management in a fast-paced product development environment
- Previous experience in payments, cash management, liquidity management or data
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to solve problems
- Commercially minded and focused on customer outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, time and project management skills
- Familiar with AI tools for automation, efficiency and identifying commercial insights
