Secondary Teacher - Full Time - Chiswick - September Start - KS3-4 - MLD

Are you an experienced Secondary Teacher with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs?

We are recruiting for a dedicated Secondary Teacher with SEN experience to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Chiswick. The school caters for students with a range of needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and prides itself on providing a supportive, nurturing environment where every learner can thrive.

The Role:

• Teaching your specialist subject across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a range of learning needs
• Supporting students with SEN to achieve academic and personal progress
• Working closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team
• Promoting positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with students with SEN, ideally within a secondary setting
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse needs
• A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching
• Commitment to inclusive education and helping every child reach their potential
