As Senior Treasury Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in both the day-to-day management of treasury operations and the strategic transformation of TCR’s treasury function.

You will be hands-on in cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, risk management, and funding, while also driving digitalisation and process improvement in line with the Finance roadmap.

Daily Treasury Operations:

• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and daily cash reporting
• Manage bank account structures, relationships, and negotiate fees/services
• Monitor FX, interest rate, and counterparty risks; implement hedging strategies
• Support short- and long-term financing, debt management, and investment policy
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls, and regulatory requirements

Treasury Transformation & Digitalisation:

• Support selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS)
• Integrate treasury processes with ERP and other finance systems
• Work around data-driven reporting, cybersecurity and automation in treasury
• Collaborate with HQ and local teams to harmonise standards and drive best practices
• Support intercompany lending/netting and in-house banking initiatives

Strategic Projects:

• Contribute to the design and rollout of new cash pooling structures
• Develop and monitor treasury KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Participate in treasury audits and continuous improvement projects
• Align procurement, operations, and treasury for optimal capex payment scheduling

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with finance, tax, FP&A, in the UK and Brussels and with and operational teams across the globe
• Build strong relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders
• Provide expert advice and training to support treasury maturity and succession planning

We are looking for a candidate who

• Has proven experience in treasury management (5+ years)
• Brings strong technical skills in cash management, FX, risk management. Accounting insights are a plus.
• Is experienced with SAP and or dedicated Treasury Management Systems
• Can identify and drive process improvement and digitalisation in treasury
• Demonstrates excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Is willing to travel occasionally between London and Brussels (once or twice per month)
