What You'll Do
Evaluate and drive performance of our “Platform Enhancers”; features that go beyond the Core TV experience to delight our customers, such as our always evolving voice capabilities
Use analytics & insight to influence strategy for rolling out best-in-class personalisation and recommenders to new platforms and partners
Driving data-driven decision making around expansion and implementation of our “Beyond TV” experiences, such as gaming and music
Collaborate with our global technology partners and lead development & utilisation of Globally scalable data capabilities and reporting solutions to ensure product performance data is readily accessible to all product decision makers
What You'll Bring
Subject Matter Expert: A detailed expert across a broad area of product experience data, connecting multiple product interactions to identify opportunities and shape strategic decision-making.
Passion About the Customer: Champions a customer-eye view by integrating insight from multiple datasets to proactively uncover improvements across end-to-end customer journeys.
SQL & Technical Skills: Demonstrates expert SQL (or similar) capability with advanced data modelling, automation and scalable solution design; guides others in best-practice analytical techniques.
Data Visualisation & Communication: Sets the standard for clear, impactful visualisation and narrative storytelling, ensuring complex insight is accessible and compelling for all audiences and empowering teams to self-serve where appropriate.
Influence Through Insight: Acts as a trusted advisor and key partner to product teams, using strong narrative and evidence-based reasoning to influence decisions beyond their immediate area.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Builds strong cross-functional relationships, leading collaborative efforts across Product teams and aligning stakeholders around insight-driven priorities.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Leads discovery for complex or ambiguous problems, defining analytical approaches and delivering high-quality, actionable outputs with minimal direction that set an example for others.
Curiosity & Industry Awareness: Proactively develops expertise in emerging tools, techniques and industry trends, sharing knowledge to elevate analytical maturity across the team.
Driving Automation: Owns analytical capabilities through to full automation, working effectively with technology partners and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable and well-understood.
Time Management & Agility: Operates autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing an insight roadmap in partnership with leadership, proactively generating recommendations through close collaboration with product and engineering, and prioritising work based on business and product needs while delivering high-quality, exemplar outputs.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
