Warehouse Operative - Monday to Friday
Location: Heston
Hours: 7pm - 7am - 4on 4off - Night shift
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics operation based in Heston. This role involves supporting an on-site customer by supplying aircraft spares worldwide, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service levels at all times.
Operational Duties
- Picking and packing aircraft spares to tight deadlines
- Inspecting and booking in stock
- Stocking and replenishment
- Conducting inventory cycle counts
- Updating WMS systems and scanning documentation
Customer Service
- Adhering to customer processes and KPIs
- Following specific customer requirements and instructions
Stock & Administration
- Supporting stock accuracy levels above 98%
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Health & Safety & Compliance
- Following all workplace Health & Safety procedures
- Reporting hazards or risks within the working environment
- Handling Dangerous Goods materials (where applicable)
- Complying with all company policies and procedures
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience within an aircraft stores or aviation warehouse environment is highly desirable
- Experience working within a fast-paced logistics setting
- Need to be able to provide a full 5 year background refencing check
