• Manage end-to-end recruitment for financial services (FS) and accounting & finance (A&F) positions, spanning Consultant to Partner levels.
• Develop robust networks across FS and A&F markets, connecting top talent and leading employers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define hiring needs and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.
• Champion exceptional candidates, actively building purposeful, long-term client relationships.
• Drive business development and contribute to strategic initiatives within the FS A&F practice.

Required Experience – Accounting, Finance, and Financial Services Recruitment

• Strong grounding in recruitment within financial services, banking, or accounting & finance – agency or in-house welcome.
• Successful track record placing technical or leadership professionals in FS or A&F roles.
• Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract positions highly valued.
• Knowledge of the local and regional FS markets (UK, DACH) is desirable, but not mandatory.
