The Role As a Business Development Manager , you'll take the lead on driving client and business development initiatives for the London Disputes and EMEA Antitrust teams. Working closely with senior BD professionals and partners, you will:? Develop and execute strategic BD plans to enhance the firm's market presence.? Identify opportunities to build relationships with key clients and prospects.? Drive cross-selling initiatives and collaborate with global teams to expand business opportunities.? Mentor and manage a BD Coordinator, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. The Ideal Candidate This role is perfect for a commercially minded and confident BD professional with:? Solid experience in business development within a law firm or professional services environment.? A deep understanding of Disputes and/or Antitrust practice areas, or a keen interest in learning about them.? Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.?
