- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration , or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law (Dutch or international).
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English (native or near-native level).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to translate complex legal/HR topics into accessible content.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing and digital tools.

📝 What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to gather accurate information on HR policies, procedures, and compliance topics.
- Write, edit, and structure knowledge articles for the Finder platform in a clear and engaging tone.
- Ensure all content aligns with legal standards and internal policies.
- Help design and maintain a user-friendly knowledge base structure.
- Support the rollout and adoption of the Finder platform across departments.
