Group International Tax Manager - 6 months - remote working, to £130k (pro rated)

Group International Tax Manager interim tax job requires an experienced International Tax Manager or International Tax Senior Manager for this interim tax job which is remote working (within the UK).

An entirely remote working (in the UK only) international tax interim job which requires an entrepreneurial and hands-on International Tax Manager to support the management of this company's global tax affairs. Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, this role will help shape and implement a robust tax strategy across all tax domains while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and risk management.

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive team player who is eager to grow, take ownership, and apply their expertise to real-world challenges in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities will involve:

* Tax reporting - manage quarterly and year-end reporting; assist in preparing CBCR and Pillar 2 reports.
* Tax compliance & risk management - review compliance prepared by others; manage the relationships with tax authorities.
* Transfer pricing - evaluate the Group's transfer pricing policies; prepare documentation and inter company agreements.
* VAT - monitor VAT filings across jurisdictions.
* Tax advisory - support on international business projects and M&A activities.

To be considered for this role you will be an immediately available, or soon to be available, international tax specialist, living in the UK, who will commit to the 6 months duration, and is comfortable being autonomous in tax duties.

In this role the successful applicant will be joining the business during a period of growth from which the governance and further establishment of tax processes are to be developed. A truly interesting interim tax job.
