Office based OR Hybrid: Office based – London

Perm OR Temp: Permanent

Start: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week No Weekends

Lettings Consultant (No Driving Licence Required) – What You'll be Doing:

* Answering calls in Japanese and English

* Scheduling and coordinating property viewings

* Conducting property tours

* Supporting pre-tenancy procedures

* Responding to maintenance issues after move-in

* Communicating with landlords and tenants

Lettings Consultant (No Driving Licence Required) – The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

* Cheerful, positive and proactive attitude

* Confident communication skills in English and Japanese

* Experience working in a Japanese office environment

* Valid visa with at least 1 year 10 months remaining
