As Director of Professional Distributor Sales – EMEA, you’ll shape and implement the commercial vision for the professional sales channel across the EMEA region. Reporting into the SVP of International, you'll lead strategic partnerships with distributors, scale regional initiatives, and ensure consistent commercial performance in diverse and evolving markets.

Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Sales EnablementDefine and implement region-specific sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics
Build collaborative relationships with distributors and trade partners, supporting growth through joint planning and commercial alignment
Oversee regional sales targets, ensuring delivery of revenue and profitability goals
Guide successful product rollouts and brand campaigns within the professional sector
Monitor distributor performance and market activity, addressing gaps and identifying opportunities for growth
Work closely with partners on pricing, promotions, stock planning, and business reviews
Use data to inform decisions and regularly report insights to senior leadership
Ensure regional compliance with commercial standards, regulatory guidelines, and brand expectations
Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage and support the EMEA Account Management team, fostering a high-achieving and collaborative team culture
Liaise closely with teams across Marketing, Education, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Adapt global toolkits and materials to suit regional needs and audiences
Represent regional voices within the wider international team, offering valuable insight and recommendations
Experience Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a commercial sales role, ideally within EMEA markets
- Strong background working with distributors, particularly in beauty, haircare, or related sectors
- Solid understanding of market planning, budgeting, and commercial forecasting
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, both internally and externally
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Cultural awareness and ability to tailor approaches across varied international markets
- Previous experience in a matrixed or multicultural organisation is a plus
- Willing to travel extensively across the region (up to 50%)
