Mechanical Improver / Plumbing - Commercial Building – Tower Hill - Permanent - £34,000 to £36,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Improver / Plumber to be based at a large commercial estate located near Tower Hil. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out plumbing/basic water treatment planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site. Working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. No knowledge of mechanical systems is required for this position, only plumbing/water treatment knowledge, as my client is looking for someone who they can train to be a fully fledged mechanical engineer.

Package & Hours of Work

Up to £36,000 per annum
Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (40-hour week)
Overtime available
25 days holiday + BH

Flexible in helping other trades on site

Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum
A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
Installation experience
Excellent customer service skills
Happy to cover a large site
