Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons to secondary school students
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and are tailored to individual student needs
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their progress and development
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Attend departmental and staff meetings to contribute to ongoing curriculum development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary level
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
