Executive Assistant
- Manage and organise the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain and update confidential files and records.
- Assist in organising events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive and wider team as needed.
- Monitor and manage incoming emails, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.
