I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job for a leading leisure operator in the Health & Fitness sector. This is an incredibly exciting growing Leisure Management business. I am looking for an organised, proactive individual with experience of partnerships and a passion for wellness. You need to be experienced in getting the local community active! This is a leisure job not to be missed.
In this role you will work closely with the teams across the contract, whilst maintaining effective and strong relationships with all key stakeholders. This is a multi-faceted, diverse facility. You will need to be able to secure funding and deliver on programs and have experience of partnerships with community wellness.
As a Healthy Communities Manager, and in collaboration with key partners you will have responsibility of improving the health and wellbeing of local residents, reducing inequalities across priority demographics.

What do we need from you?
Aside from being an all round good human with a passion for helping people. You will be highly organised and possess the ability to work with a diverse team across multiple locations.
- At least 6 months experience within a sports development based role
- Proven experience with leading on key sport development and community programmes.
- Experience of programme management, within budgets and leading on service level agreements
