Junior IP Secretary - London
We are working with a leading law firm in London who are seeking a Junior IP Secretary to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
To be successful, you will need at least 4 months’ experience working within a similar position. Experience within patents is highly desirable but candidates with trade mark experience might also be considered. If you have a CIPA Admin qualification or a secretarial qualification, then this might be looked upon favourably. Strong attention to detail and great communication skills are essential for this role.
Duties:
- Handling correspondence to clients.
- Managing an inbox, actioning emails in order of importance.
- Typing up documents.
- Maintaining cases within the firm’s case management system.
- Opening / closing files.
- Handling client queries via email / telephone etc.
