Teaching Assistant – Behaviour Support (Ealing Secondary School)
Location: Ealing, West London
Pay: £90 – £100 per day
Contract: Full Academic Year (September 2025 – July 2026)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and proactive individual to join a supportive team in a well-regarded Ealing secondary school. The role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is confident, calm under pressure, and committed to creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work 1:1 or in small groups with students presenting behavioural challenges
* Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
* Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour
* Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
* Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:

* Have experience working with secondary-aged students
* Be confident in managing behaviour in a school setting
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting learning and development
* Be available full-time from September 2025
