Spa Therapist for a 5 star Hotel - Europe (Hiring Immediately)
Apt Resources is seeking experienced and professional Spa Therapists to join the spa team of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, excellent treatment skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to hotel guests in a luxurious hospitality environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new hotel opening and contribute to delivering high-quality spa and wellness experiences to international guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage treatments and spa services according to the hotel's treatment menu and service standards.
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and products before each appointment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout the spa.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and receive personalized, professional service.
- Recommend appropriate spa treatments and wellness products when suitable.
- Follow the hotel's treatment protocols, health and safety procedures, and professional standards.
- Coordinate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end spa.
- Diploma, certificate, or professional training in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Good English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bosnia and Herzegovina and meet the hotel's employment requirements
Benefits
Salary: €1,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and suitability, shared accommodation, and a flight ticket if required.
