Your role in a nutshell
We are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager/ Executive Assistant, based out of our brand new London Hub Office. This is an unique opportunity to join The Body Shop Team!
Your role will combine the operational oversight of an Office Manager with the high-level support of an Executive Assistant to C suite. You’ll be the organisational heartbeat of the business—ensuring the smooth running of the office while providing strategic and administrative support to senior leadership

Roles & Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, facilities and vendor relationships
- Handling petty cash, invoices and office related expenses
- Onboarding new employees, organising team events and celebrations
- Provide high-level executive support: calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, Expenses and inbox management
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
- Organise team events, product launches and wellness activations
- Prepare reports, presentations and internal communications
- Taking minutes and following up on actionable items
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

- Ability to adapt and navigate change while maintaining focus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint & Excel)
3–5+ years in an executive assistant, office manager, or operations support role
Experience in a creative, consumer-facing industry (beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle) preferred
Prior experience supporting C-suite or founder-level executives
Familiarity with startup or scale-up environments is a plus
