HRIS Senior Advisor - Recruitment & Talent

You will be joining the team at an exciting stage of our People journey with significant investment in our People technology and process design, with the implementation of Workday and other technologies to support the People team in their effort to become a more strategic partner to the business. You will provide functional knowledge and expertise on local People process/policy requirements coupled with demonstrating in-depth technical configuration expertise of Workday.,

  • Act as Workday functional expert for configuration, business processes, and user guidance.
  • Gather requirements with SMEs and design scalable Workday solutions; recommend alternatives where needed.
  • Research new Workday features to drive consistency, simplification, and user experience improvements.
  • Manage and prioritise change requests, document processes, and ensure governance compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and process issues.
  • Build, test, and deploy Workday configurations (including PECI) and optimise reporting tools (PRISM, People Analytics, etc.).
  • Use EIBs for mass data updates and partner with IT on integrations.
  • Deliver training, create materials, and upskill stakeholders.
  • Lead cyclical process configuration and support junior team members.
  • Engage with the Workday community to identify best practices.

    Strong technical knowledge of People systems and integrations.
  • Advanced Workday expertise (Recruitment, Talent essential; HCM, Compensation, Security, Reporting desirable).
  • Hands-on configuration experience across full lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end People processes and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills; confident in leading workshops and influencing stakeholders.
  • Skilled in data storytelling and presenting technical concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative, inquisitive, and proactive in process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced IT skills (Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and strong data accuracy.
  • Workday certification/training essential; flexibility for global time zones.
