Location: London
Contract: Permanent, full-time, office-based (Monday–Friday)
Salary: £30,000 - £36000 per annum

They are now seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist / Team Assistant to be the welcoming face and central support within their London centre. This is a varied and engaging role where you’ll combine client care with organisational support, ensuring everything runs seamlessly day to day.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to clients, visitors, and guests.
- Manage front-of-house operations, including calls, bookings, and enquiries.
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support to ensure a smooth experience.
- Assist with meeting room coordination, events, and workspace logistics.
- Provide administrative support to the team, helping daily operations run efficiently.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care.
About You
- Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, hospitality, or client services.
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate client and team needs.
- Positive, professional, and confident in a busy, client-focused environment.
