OverviewAre you a creative and driven marketing professional looking to make your mark in a global organisation? At Arthur J. Gallagher , we’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Business Development team.
This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful marketing strategies for our Specialty business. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and excellence, you’ll work closely with senior marketing leaders and business stakeholders to create campaigns, collateral, and events that drive commercial success.
As Marketing Manager , you’ll be the vital link between strategy and execution, ensuring that all marketing activities align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audiences. From developing campaigns and managing events to analysing performance and identifying new opportunities, you’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact.
How you'll make an impact- Collaborate with senior marketing colleagues and business stakeholders to develop and deliver marketing activities that align with commercial objectives.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are grounded in a strong understanding of the insurance industry, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, webinars, and collateral, ensuring adherence to planning frameworks and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign analytics and KPIs, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and propose creative, innovative solutions to enhance our competitive edge.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of the market.
- An experienced Marketing Manager, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and working within structured project methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in marketing is desirable.
- Right to work in the UK.
