A supportive mixed secondary school in Merton is seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join its pastoral support team from January.

The Role
• Monitor daily attendance and punctuality across the school.
• Contact parents and carers regarding absences.
• Produce attendance reports and identify patterns of concern.
• Work closely with pastoral leaders and safeguarding staff.
Requirements
• Experience in an attendance, pastoral, or administrative role (desirable).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using school data systems.
