Care Team Leader

We have an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join their team of staff. This is a part- time role for 36 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Assist patients with personal hygiene, washing, dressing, toileting, oral care, and mobility needs, respecting their preferences and dignity. Help patients with eating, drinking, and nutritional support, including documenting intake where appropriate.
