Paediatric care Assistant

Job Type : Full Time and Part Time available
Salary : £13.00 - £17.93
Schedule: 12 hour shifts available
We are looking for a paediatric care assistant to help care for a happy, good natured young girl who has a fighters spirit and wants to live a happy and full life. Our client has chronic lung disease and lives with a tracheostomy in place however this does not stop her from smiling and giggling while she plays with her favourite toys and spends time with her loved ones.

Job Purpose:
To deliver defined aspects of holistic care to the client guided by individualised care plans and HFH Healthcare policies.
To create and maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere in which clients can achieve their goals through clear communication and teamwork.
To mentor new members of the care team in all aspects of client specific care
