Portfolio Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on new loans and ensure all lending conditions are met
- Administer loan portfolios and process transactions accurately and on time
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and liaise with internal teams
- Prepare meeting notes, Credit Committee papers and follow up on actions
- Draft facility, renewal, and amendment documents
- Instruct and manage third-party advisers and review their reports
- Assess project security and viability alongside your Line Manager
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain credit reviews
- Handle initial client enquiries and deliver high-quality service
- Attend site visits, industry events and build sector knowledge
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Strong experience in client relationship management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
