The Recruitment & Office Assistant will support a busy team in managing a professional and confidential recruitment process and provide high-quality administrative support for Disney’s Production Department.
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract role based in London (Holborn Office), with a hybrid working model (4 days in the office) .
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
- Manage advertising roles and candidate applications while generating reports.
- Oversee interviews, coordinate with senior stakeholders and arrange video or in-person meetings across multiple interview stages using Outlook, MS Teams, Spotted Zebra, etc.
- Keep candidates, hiring managers, and senior management informed throughout the recruitment process by providing professional and timely communication with internal and external contacts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by engaging with applicants promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records by utilising existing processes and systems.
- Act as administrative support for all members of the Production Department as required, in addition to managing the diary of the Director of Production.
- Act as a Disney Theatrical Group brand ambassador, focusing on candidate experience.
The Experience We Require From You:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role is essential and ideally gained in a Talent Acquisition function.
- Customer-facing experience required for dealing with candidates and Hiring Managers by phone, email
- Experience in using Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams or similar to manage interview administration, and general IT skills to track and report on recruitment processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills are needed to manage a busy workload and deal with multiple internal and external contacts.
