A leading international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team in London.
This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of contentious, advisory and transactional employment matters, advising major international banks, UK corporates, multinationals, and senior executives. The team is recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers for its commercial insight and commitment to high-quality client service. It handles all aspects of employment law, with particular strength in HR advisory work, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, and corporate support.
The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative group of partners and associates on complex mandates, and will benefit from early client contact, autonomy on files, and active involvement in business development. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing practice within a firm known for its commitment to professional development and technical excellence.
The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 6 years' PQE in employment law gained at a respected UK or international firm. Strong drafting and litigation skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive, client-focused approach will be essential.
