What you need

• Qualification: ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong equity reward experience
• Experience: Proven track record in delivering complex equity reward engagements and advising senior stakeholders
• Business development: Strong capability to originate opportunities and convert them into sustainable client relationships
• Skills: Confidence operating in a fast-paced London market and managing multiple priorities
• Advantageous: Experience advising listed companies
