We have a vacancy for a UK qualified Capital Markets Associate 2 - 3 PQE to join the London office of this leading international law firm
This is an opportunity to work alongside UK and US capital markets partners for a leading law firm
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this opportunity you will have outstanding academic qualifications and an exceptional professional track record
You will have experience working on UK equity capital markets transactions, familiarity with the UK Listing Rules and associated matters
