ABOUT THE ROLE
The Bamford Collection, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Designer to play a crucial role, shaping the visual identity of Daylesford, Bamford and Daylesford Stays.
This role is at the very heart of our 5-year strategy to drive significant growth through our ecommerce and digital channels and is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a talented digital designer to help shape our future.
Based at our offices in South Kensington, this role is full time, 40 hours per week
Salary £45,000 per annum .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage customer-centric digital assets including, homepage banners, email templates, social media advertising and promotional artwork.
- Collaborating with the Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams to ensure that all designs align with respective brand identities at the same time as delivering commercial objectives.
- Manage and prioritise all digital creative requests.
- Ensure all designs meet usability and website standards.
- Ensure consistency in designs and content across all platforms.
- Assist with UX and CRO projects, transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
- Organise ecommerce pack shot shoots and share imagery from photographers.
- Support the marketing team with offline marketing collateral.
- Attend and assist location photoshoots.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Create motion graphics and interactive elements to enhance digital assets.
- Analyse competitor digital strategies to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure designs follow best practices for accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Proven experience in a professional digital design role within luxury hospitality or retail
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
- Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Sketch, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Figma for prototyping and collaborative design workflows.
- Knowledge of AI tools in design
- Ability to create interactive prototypes for UX testing.
- Experience in creating assets for paid social and websites.
- An understanding of CSS/HTML.
- Experience editing short videos
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- A team player with exceptional organisational and technical skills.
- Experience in Magento will be considered a strong plus.
